Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

mmm! So tasty! I only wish i had made it from scratch, like mix the flour and salt together. Lol its amazing. Haha

I always try to recreate the picture in the book, but I just dont have anywhere with the fancy tablecloths and stuff to display. Lol oh well. I did want to compare how the cake itself looks though, to the picture from my book (the second pic).

See, I have the Cake Mix Bible that gives me recipies for a cake or something, and all i do differently than regular baking, is i start with a basic cake mix (like yellow cake or devil's food) and then mix things in and decorate it from there. Its pretty darn neat (last pic). Lol.
